The Koster Islands

Go on a day trip to Sweden's westernmost inhabited islands. You leave from the Daftö jetty, cross the Koster fjord and go ashore at the Ekenäs jetty on South Koster.

The Koster Islands never fail to charm its visitors. The countryside is friendly and varying. There is a wonderful beach only a stone's throw from the Ekenäs jetty. For those of you who want to discover more of South Koster it is possible to hire bikes. There are restaurants, shops and kiosks on the Koster Islands.

Seal Safari

The boat weaves its way through the beautiful archipelago out to the famous seal colony. If you are lucky you will see the seals on the smooth rocks of the outermost islands. You also land on the small island of Ursholmen with its landmark lighthouse. The outing lasts about 3 hours.

Hire a boat

Discover the archipelago on your own in a motorboat, pedal boat or canoe. Our boats for hire are berthed on the southern beach and are booked at the reception.
